The Romanesque Revival brownstone row house was built in 1892 and is in NYC LPC Riverside-West End Historic District. The brownstone had been resurfaced in the 1970s and the surfaces were in need of repairs. The Owners and Jenkins Architecture finished the exterior restoration in 2020. The original brownstone details were removed in the 70s and in the 2020 restoration, the details were installed to match historic photographs.
